Our Admissions Process
Schedule a tour
You are welcome to tour our school to see classrooms, routines, and meet our team before starting the admissions process. (optional but encouraged)

Complete the Interest Questionnaire
When you are ready to move forward, we ask that you complete our Interest Questionnaire to share important information about your child.

Review and family follow-up
Our team carefully reviews the questionnaire, and connects with your family to determine whether our program can meet your child’s needs.

Enrollment invitation
If our program is a good fit, families are invited to complete the full enrollment packet; including medical records.

Preparing for day one
Once enrolled, your family is onboarded to Brightwheel for secure communication, updates, and daily activity summaries.

Stay Connected with Brightwheel
Once your child is enrolled, families are set up in Brightwheel, our secure parent communication and classroom app. Using the email you provide during enrollment, we create your parent account and send an invitation to join our school.
Easy parent / teacher communication with messages, updates, notes, and pictures from your child’s school day in one place — straight to your phone!
Less paperwork for forms, attendance, and daily updates being all digital.
Incident reports so you get immediate notifications if anything happens at school.
Daily activity summaries so you can see how your child spends their day.
Our team will guide you through setup and answer any questions to make sure you’re comfortable using the app before your child’s first day!
